Support
Get help with Link Pulse
Most issues are answered in the documentation. Where they are not, email support is available. Reviewing the pages below before making contact will resolve the majority of enquiries.
Consult these pages before contacting support
These three pages resolve most enquiries:
- Troubleshooting — sidebar missing, empty suggestions, stuck indexing
- Quick start — install to first inserted link
- Context bank — exclusions and what gets indexed
Where to ask
Email support@wplinkpulse.com.
When the WordPress.org listing is live, the directory support forum will serve as the primary public route; email remains available for anything not suitable for public discussion.
What to include
- WordPress version
- PHP version
- Link Pulse version
- Whether the index has completed
- The behaviour expected and the behaviour observed
Response times
Email enquiries are generally answered within a few business days. Response times may be longer during periods of high volume.
Bug reports and feature requests
Send both to support@wplinkpulse.com. Consult the roadmap first; nothing listed there is a commitment, but it shows what is already under consideration.
Privacy and data requests
GDPR and privacy requests are also directed to support@wplinkpulse.com. Response commitment: 30 days, matching the privacy policy.
